Adult classes are mixed co-ed training sessions (basics, fundamentals and advanced).


KIDS

The benefits of children training martial arts includes the obvious increased: self-confidence, discipline, and co-ordination.  In addition to fun and exercise, other benefits of note include increased executive functioning skills and socialization. 

Little Champs: Get an early start by learning the basic movements and playing fun games! Suitable for kids ages 4-7 years old.

Juniors/Teens BJJ: A fun way to build confidence and make friends. All experience levels welcome. Suitable for kids ages 8-12 years old/13-15 years old.


WOMEN’s ONLY

A women-only specific class (coming soon)


PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons and small group lessons are a great way to accelerate the learning process, or find a way to fit training into a busy schedule. Please contact us via email to check the instructor’s available schedule.

INTRO TO BJJ

The introductory class is designed for fresh beginners with no experience focuses on basic positions, techniques and movements (no sparring). Great for first timers looking to tryout the martial art in a smooth and safe start. Open to all adults and teens.
